Hows my bulk sub look?

Hey guys!
After approximately 43ish days, my last surviving quart jar of ryeberries (out of my first batch ever) finished colonizing! The quart jar was inoculated by MS-Alacabenzi.
So, I spawned it to a 10x10 inch tray at 2.3 inches deep with 50% coir/verm mix. I would guess the spawn ratio was either at 1:3 or 1:4. (I also pasteurized of course)
After 11 days, I removed the foil from the tray, and to me it looks pretty good. See photo below:

Unfortunately the photo's not the best, but it may need a few more days to finish colonizing but I decided to go ahead and put it into the fruiting chamber.
What do you guys think? Is it okay to use a small monotub to fruit a single tray? There's also, a decent amount of water on the top of the sub from what appears to be condensation. The water almost looks "jelly-like". Is that normal?
Thanks for the past help and future help that I'm sure I'll need!

If you're in doubt in whether or not it's done colonizing, give it some more time. It won't hurt anything.
From what I've seen and read the average is around 14 days, some 3 weeks.

43 days is a really long time to colonize a quart. Did you ever shake it?
Just for future reference, you don't have to pasteurize coir & verm if you don't want to.
"Damion5050's elementary coir Tek"
Either way learning how to properly pasteurize is a critical skill to have as a mushroom cultivator, so kudos!
The sub looks okay. The water pooling happens pretty often, not to worry! If you would like you can dab it up with a paper towel.
Don't see any knotting yet so you're still atleast a few days from seeing your first pins.

Hey! Sorry for the late response. I replied yesterday off of my phone and had some issues.

Oh really, that's good to know? I'll probably keep on doing it just to decrease contam chances with my luck haha.

Yes, I shook it in total about 3 times. Unfortunately, I ordered my spores from a non-sponsor so I'm a little apprehensive that they're the correct mushies and not just Oysters https://www.shroomery.org/forums/images/icons/roll_eyes.gif
The Strain is Alacabenzi which from what I've read it can sometimes be a slow colonizer? I also changed lids because for about the first 7 days, I had foil over my lids haha.

So, does the water pooling ever stop? It looks like the same pools of water are still there and I do have a fan in the room (not pointed at the monotub). Fan is on at least 12 hours a day. I also misted some water on the sides of the monotub this morning. The humidity looks like it's staying around 80%-85%.
Just really hoping this try doesn't contam haha, but it's been so fucking resilient that if I get a good fruit from it I'm definitely gunna clone it.
