Hi guys, here I'm back.
as I said in a previous post I was lazy and made a mistake, bought 2 bloody kits that have been in the propagator for a month and they are not growing at all, one of them has grown 3 mushrooms in total and look at this other one XD
pic1
pic2
what could I do with them? it might be even a bigger mistake but the only thing I can think of is turning the cake around, adding the vermiculite that fell off the cake to the new top side and praying haha.
thanks guys for your help
PS. I've got a third different cake that is growing more or less fine.

Contact the vendor and ask him. This is a DIY forum and it's impossible to troubleshoot something that you have no idea how it was made because you didn't make it yourself
The only thing I can tell you is to wait some more, maybe that mushroom is an early bird and the real pinset is coming. Also, don't know what the heck is a propagator (I assume is an incubator) but get the kit out of there asap. You want to fruit at room temp and give the cakes the fresh air that they need, so I'd advise you poke a ton of little holes in those choke bags, so the cakes can breathe.

I'm not using the choke bag, I only used it to cover the table while manipulating the cake. this is similar to the propagator where I have them and it is set to 24ºC

I contacted the vendor today in the morning, hopefully, I will get a reply by tomorrow or the day after.
thanks Josex

I would not flip it, it's said to "confuse" the grow and you get lots of aborts. The shrooms are growing down the sides since its got a more favourable microclimate there. You should be able to get a sporeprint or 2 from those shrooms, read up on how to take them.
Are you misting the top of it?

No, I'm not misting it, couple of weeks ago I followed vendors recommendation of filling it with water, putting it in the fridge overnight then emptying the excess of water down the sink and put the cake back in the propagator to grow. I had an issue at the beginning due to condensation drops of water falling into the cake from the "ceiling" but I believe I fixed that by tilting the container so drops slide down the sides.
what should I do with sporeprints after I got them? I'll give it a go

Ok your vendor told you to dunk it... before it even flushed which wouldn't be the worst idea if the sub was already dry from being transported to you.. but then cold shock to initiate pinning? That's some outdated backwards shit. Overnight was probably too long on that. I would have said fuck that and dunked for an hour 2 TOPS and then found a way to fruit. The clone propagator might be ok but most of those air vents should be closed. Your surface conditions from it clearly are not good since your shrooms are growing up the sides.
You take a spore print, and then you follow this tek and make agar. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19208976 Then you take those spores to agar and grow it out. Then while you are working on agar you will read up more and figure out grain, and fruiting methods like the mono tub or dub tub. At least you'll be able to get mushrooms from this kit down the line eventually.. but this is why we scoff at them.

It looks like the mycelium is still healthy. I would dump those bricks out on some damp perlite in a bigger fruiting chamber. Flipped/ not flipped I don't think its that much of a big deal its just a cake. Give it a week. If you don't see pins put a space heater next to the fruiting chamber on low for 12 hrs. If they are done colonizing the food and its damp enough, enough fanning and temps are in the ballpark they will eventually fruit.

This. Build a proper sgfc and have them elevated off the perlite.

thanks guys, really appreciate it. I'm gonna try to buy some perlite tomorrow and ill build one of those nice chambers I've seen on some of your pictures. for now I took it out of the plastic container and placed on top of it, hopefully, they will grow on the sides at least.

They are really inexpensive to make and well worth it
