Okay in a jam...
    #23936004 - 12/17/16 05:21 PM (7 years, 1 month ago)

So I have Pan cam/Black Kow mix I feel is ready to go.  But no S. peat moss to use.  But I have verm & lime,  some jiffy mix too.. Though I'm weary on using because I haven't had a successful run of it. (Possibly due to bad pasteurization) But would like to know if verm & lime would work or if I should try a 50/50 Jiffy, verm mix or what?  I know I'm at the crucial point of needing to case or fruit this bad boy!  And I know fruiting it without a case is worthless so help would be great.
And yes I searched the forums plenty.

Thanks all!

Use the jiffy, and I would let that go like 3 more days or so.

I was thinking another few days or so.. But jiffy in terms of what I have should be okay?  I've been trying to get this Pan grow going good so I can get this experience on my back, (The love of cultivating!)  so I can repeat this process and whatnot!
Thanks bud.

How long did you pasteurize or jiffy for?
I was thinking 60 at 140?

Thanks it was my first grow of it. The casing was eaten too which isn't ideal. I probably didn't wait long enough before casing. So definitely wait on yours a while longer. I'll probably grow it again soon.

I like Franks tek for pasteurization.

Also I suggest you check out the Official Copelandia/Panaeolus Thread for some pan info. Great thread, post your progess over there, they helped me a lot.
