Shake or not to Shake

I've been doing a bunch of reading on when people like to shake. I've read everything from shaking multiple times to shaking only once or twice depending on what stage of the game.
Specifically I am asking what you would do after a (Grain-to-Grain) transfer with a MS culture. I picked the healthiest looking jars that recovered quickly and used as a Master.
As you can see after less than 6 full days it is colonizing the receiving jars beautifully. I've actually never had one colonize this fast. Whenever people would say 6 days fully colonized after g2g I didn't want to believe it. I can now see it is possible.
So, to the question. Would you shake these again at some point to ensure no contamination? Or would you let them finish colonizing and just shake before the spawning to substrate. Maybe you would argue shaking will actually speed up colonization? When I shook the master at 40% it recovered very quickly.

i shake after they pc and after i inoculate them.
if doing a tiger drop style or ms/lc/li you get numerous colonizing spots so i find the shake at 30% not beneficial.
also before they get spawned a shake em to break them up. dont break up.. might spawn separately

I wouldn't shake those, they will be done soon.
And I only shake when colonization has reached 1/3rd or about 30%, yours got this far without a shake than they won't need it.

Thanks!
I turned the jars to the sides that showed most colonization. The back sides aren't as colonized. I would still say about 40%. I agree these will be done soon. The only reason I would think to shake now is if I was concerned about contamination.
That being said. I've had a lot of contamination issues. I'm sure I am just a bit paranoid at this point. However, I did a couple small projects from these cultures and both are looking great!
I'm getting excited to try my first clone!
