Well thank you. I can't take much credit since they're just phone pictures. I miss having full control over my photos, but I am enjoying not carrying equipment around and being able to cover more ground. I guess it all depends on the mood of the hunt.

It's very difficult to get her to sit still when squirrels are teasing her from every direction. :lol:

I should clarify, these pictures were from a few different walks in a few different habitats.


Went for another hike today and found the biggest matsutake I have ever seen. :awesome:

Here it is, cap was over 10" across and it felt like it weighed 5lbs.



Also found a nice fruiting of Floccularia albolanaripes.


All this made for some good cookin last night
