Im no philosopher by any means. But yes, if it has rest mass, the state of any particle can be described by a wavefunction.

frequency is waves right
the particles are what they are because of what their wave function looks like then yeah?
it's like that bill hicks quote about lsd - that all matter is energy condensed to a slow vibration - right?

where do subatomic particles come about and arise in nature through linear combinatory atomic orbital wavelength functions, though?

i'm not pissed at science. i just find the notion that it can find answers to reality, a reality outside of it's predilections for rationality, funny. logic is simply the drain in the pool. a hole in a spigot.
where does it come from? language, math, philosophy, these are all just expressions of the reality of which that can't be explained in scientific terms, are explained in statements of compulsion.

that's science for you. i prefer the socratic method, personally, and the natural sciences, above testing the hypothesis of one's predilections. experimenting can be fun though, in general, so i don't fault people for trying, i mean, there's always the possibility of a great discovery, or technological advancement, that's good thing, for sure. but it isn't my forte, and i certainly don't think people can simply glean all the answers of the universe- not at all. if someone comes up with a grand unifying theory, of course that'd be spectacular, but i doubt it'll ever happen in my lifetime, and many more.
but the world needs doctors, engineers, and...nah, not lawyers...fuck lawyers (i'm kidding- that's also "a thing". ); alright, and we need physicists and mathematicians too, i'm not oblivious to that fact. it's just that i don't think they will find more use outside of applied study and theory, and that the notion of finding the causal relations in the universe are slim-to-none. all the more power to the scientist, then. it's a laudable goal to try and beat nature- the destructive bitch that it is. hopefully no asteroids hit us any time soon.

the notion of arrogance is a pitiful one, even if most are guilty of it. the proof is in the pudding. even earned arrogance has it's place in childishness. one isn't arrogant with children, are they? they shouldn't be, they need to learn how to behave and be aware of their inadequacies in order to learn.
beginner's luck is an important function of humanity- it's probably how we've gotten so far, at all.
