No, this is typical bucket grow results under poor conditions. They are saturated and have shitty light If any

In my humble opinion, I think your grow would benefit from a small 6500k CFL. Those tiny caps are often the result of poor lighting.

About 4 o'clock from the right red circle you made, it looks like there is a bacterial spot.
The light sorce is just the light from the outside. They stand nearby a window, so they get indirect sunlight. Could just be ligung. But you also got some peculiar lookin fluff on that myc
Do you mean this area?

If so, thats also a mushroom turning blue. A round one though...
Thanks for the input guys. I'll never do a MS directly on grains again. I promise.
Sub looks a little yellowish
Could be the light in the room. Its pretty yellow but i'll be sure to look for it.
I've been wondering. Fresh air.. Do you air out your grow room? As in open a window, or do you just open the door into the room?
I'm thinking about contams coming in if opening the window.
Relax with that. Many have put themselves into a corner with a thumb in their mouth over contamination paranoia. Opening a window wont bring in anything new or more detrimental than what is already flying around in your room, unless you keep it immaculate and near sterile by human standards. Now that being said, no one will advocate having your mushrooms in a room with a window being opened and closed. it's just not good practice. Use the room, if its the right temp you can make it work. If it's not, control your temp. If that means opening a window for a few hours to mellow things out and use the winter cold, go for it. Winter also has the lowest ambient mold spore load of any season, fact. Nothing thrives in near freezing/freezing temps that we work with.

I've been away from the hobby for a long time - last time 2009. Trying Horse poo, but I think I need to make the substrate deeper, cause it's only 2 inches. Next week should have some horse poo + coco coir. Hope to see better pin sets. Peace

Too high humidity, the air is saturated and could cause the caps to become bacterial and rot. Just up the fresh air exchange

I've been watching RR's videos, and reading on the techniques. I think the only way to get better is to practice, and run with works the best, but definitely will ask for help. Thanks SloppyJoseph

Now the steps to success can officially be described in a few simple steps, especially to someone as yourself who has had practice and experience beforehand. So you can grasp it better than say a brand noob.
-Use agar. Never shoot spore to grains. Pasty plates are the new standard. Then use your agar to inoculate, liquid media being the best and most efficient if done right
-Sterile technique must be on point nothing new
-Make sure spawn isnt bacterial. Understand what that means and how to spot it. Even after spawn, which will happen sometimes because you wont always be able to spot/smell bacteria in spawn
-Use one of the newest spawning methods used in the last year and a half. Casing at spawn is my personal favorite and a good example. But things like RRs SGFC and the typical monotub taped at spawn arent yet out of date, and still work great. You use a fish tank, you will get laughed at. You need to stick trays in SGFCs now or have a GOOD green house. Not some jerry rigged bullshit
-Basic dialing in. Same as RR proclaimed many years back. He still generally knows what hes talking about. Light, FAE, RH, cakes. He's an expert on those. Other things still debatable
