Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.
Off a chopped down tree trunk
 Gills: Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc #1 #2
Stem: Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc. long white, leathery solider Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc. #1 #2 Spore print color: Very important! not sure assuming black from coloring Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any. too wet to tell Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills. smells amazing no weird odors

They may be some kind of Pholiota and Psathyrella. Nice ID request! What does the gill/stem attachment on the first one look like?

Thank you! Amazingly how fast you can id it , and there's a ring on the first one not attached to gills but on stem. Is that what you were asking? :o

Yes, that's exactly what I was asking. I thought they might be be Armillaria but I think they are just Pholiota with immature gills.
