Greenhouse setup

Hey all! So I've put together a fairly large greenhouse setup and just wanted to share what I've done here and see what you guys think. Any and all criticism/advice is much appreciated!
What I've got- 8ftx6ftx7ft tent Vicks cool mist Vicks humidifier Small space heater
I have the cool mist running every 30 minutes for 15 minutes, i have it on a shelf inside the greenhouse but I've cut a hole in the plastic and attached the wall of the greenhouse to the cool mist so it's pulling in fresh air from outside the tent. The humidifier just sits right in the middle of the tent, also running every 30 minutes for 15 minutes. But I've offset the timers so the humidifier doesn't come on until about 7 1/2 minutes in to the cool mist cycle. And the small space heater just sits outside the tent. This keeps my Rh between 95% and 99% and the temp around 75°f
The mushies- I'm doing two different strains, penis envy and z strain. Started with multispore on agar with both, sectored and transfered each one. Grew them out, cloned to agar and made in to lc's.
I inoculated something like 30 jars, 25 of them finished quickly and I spawned those to Coco/verm/gypsum into trays. The trays are 15in x 12in x 4in. For most of the trays I did a 3:1 ratio, that put the sub depth a little over 2in, let colonize for at least 5 days then added a thin casing layer of Coco/verm and put straight in to fruiting. The penis envy trays ate up the casing layer very quickly and the z strain just barely peeks through.
I'm about 8 days in to fruiting now, I have lots of little knots forming, and z strain has a few fruits popping up already! Please any advice is greatly appreciated!

It's laminate. I have plastic down but after this run I'm gonna build a platform to put it on or if I can find a plastic tray big enough.
I'm hoping someone can give me some insight on my trays and casing. I'm afraid the penis envies will end up over colonizing, should my Rh be lower?

Nice setup. Sounds good to me honestly. I'd run with it, don't worry too much about rh, just don't keep it saturated, but don't let it dry out either.

Do you mean you're afraid the casing is going to over colonize? Cos I'm pretty sure you can re-case as long as you keep the moisture of the sub at the right place.

U need something way better than a cool mist humidifier for that bud. U will have to case every tray and mist until u find something that will humidity that size space me thinks

Well I have the cool mist and a warm humidifier too. And like I said, the hydrometer says it's a high of 99 and a low of 95. There's condensation on the walls and the liner's of the trays 24/7 but there's no beaded moisture on the casings so I do mist and fan at least once a day. Do you think a second warm humidifier is needed?

Keep the cool mist running 24/7. It'll also increase air circulation. I ran a really similar setup but on a much smaller scale. That's where the minitrays in my sig were grew. My cool mist ran non stop

I use flood to drain trays that I use for cannabis, I set each shelving rack inside of one just to give you an idea.
I did have to level them with a bottle cap because of the ridges in the tray but its steady as a wall.

Alright so I've got my cool mist running constantly, my Rh only gets down to 90% and the evaporation of water droplets on the subs is much better. I can mist the crap out of them and the surface dries out in about 15-20 minutes. The trays under the shelving is a great idea! But my shelves are all connected so I would have to find a tray that's like 10ft long by 1ft wide lol. Should be cropping out in a week or so, I'll post pictures and dry weight!
