2nd flush isn't coming in?

Hello, I've been fruiting 3 pf cakes for a while now, I've harvested their first flush, dunked and rolled them and waited for the second one to come. Two of them gave me a second flush, but the 3rd one didn't. I find that strange since they are all in the same fruiting chamber under the same conditions. 2 weeks have passed since the dunk and roll and the cake still isn't pinning. Here is how it looks right now. What is my course of action: wait some more or dunk it again? Thanks for the help!

Pics aren't working, upload the the site next time (exif data is removed so no worries).
Give it a few more days, maybe it's contaminated, maybe it put out almost everything for the first flush. It's hard to say. If anything looks specifically wrong with it, its fighting mold or bacteria and that could be why.

Do you keep spraying and fanning? The mycelium looks velvety like it is still working. How is room temperatur?

Misting 3 times a day, fanning 5-6 times a day. Temp is probably around 20-23 degrees celsius (68-74 farrenheit)
The cakes only managed to achieve 60-70% colonization, but the other 2 still gave me an adequate second flush

you fan after misting.
you mist when it needs, not a preset amount of times per day. just when it needs it. post pics if you dont know it needs misting or not and people will try to help.
be thrilled you got anything from less than 100% colonized cakes. what happened? what tek did you use?

Pretty sure it's focusing on colonizing the new vermiculite. Shouldn't add a second casing layer, presuming that's the case.
