Fully formed mushroom invitro + large pins pre-birth - normal and ok?

This is my first post but I've been lurking for a while.. Talk about a huge amount of great information.. Thanks to all who contribute here..
I birthed my very first batch of BRF jars today. I have what I assume are a significant number of larger sized pins than I've seen, and a quite large developed mushroom with gills. I'd appreciate any feedback on the coloring of this.. It was crammed in there so it may be bruised, rotten or ??
I inoculated the jars on 11-11 and birthed and dunked today. So, just under 5 weeks. The one with the actual mushroom is the Puerto Rican (PR) strain. The others are Pink Buffalo (PB) and Koh samui (KS).
Curious to hear everyone's take.. Or am I just that paranoid first time guy?
I'm getting an error uploading attachments so I'll just share via Google photos.. https://goo.gl/photos/PnJCiaLyqkCR8xpi6
Thanks

Did you case the top and bottom? Or am I seeing that incorrectly?

I purchased my first batch already made by Midwest Grow Kits.. So, I'm guessing the top barrier was put in place correctly.

Gotcha. Seems like you waited too long to birth them.

Pick the fruits you have on them. Dry them...
soak the cakes for a good 12 hours, roll it in vermiculite then put them in your SGFC.

Does that mushroom look safe to dry / eat? That cake smelled a little different than the rest (not too bad) and I wasn't sure if that was mold on it either..
Thanks

Yeah, I first noticed they were pinning in a few about 10 days ago, even before the cake was finished on a number of them.. I figured the extra time wouldn't hurt, but maybe not..

The only purpose of this tek is to show you how to make a simple substrate. I also add gypsum to it but not necessary) Spitball's Monotub Tek (A liner isn't necessary but is useful) Use 6500k lights throughout the whole process. When you wake up, turn the light on. When you go to sleep turn the light off. It's as simple as that.

Mushrooms take like 6 days at most to grow from pins man, note to self for next time though. Do what Th3Issu3 said
