Contaminated tray? what went wrong?

I was expecting a pinset any day now for weeks and instead this happens. What does this look like and where did I go wrong? Since fully colonized Ive had it sitting in a mini greenhouse at 90% RH misting and fanning 4 to 5 times a day.

Thanks.

It appears as though there are no holes for fresh air exchange (FAE)? If so, that's likely a big part of it. May have overdone the misting too, that looks pretty wet. You really shouldn't need too much misting prior to the first flush as you need it to start to dry slightly (evaporate) to get pins.
Just my opinion, but not a fan of foil. Have tried it a few times in a pinch and it's never turned out correct. I'm sure it can be done though, but eh, ya might give a plastic container a go next time.

Another thing, i would have lined the foil not sure what it is but every-time i used foil like straight up it contamed or something went wrong, i would suggest if you want to do little casings use a mini mono. When i started getting into casing we started small and used the plastic coffee containers just cut them when its ready to fruit.

More than anything, I'd guess it was your sterile technique.
Usually when you trich out after spawning, it was hiding in your spawn.

Your tray is...toss that shit asap!
You should line your tray with some sort of plastic ore use a plastic tray with a liner in it.
Myc will eat the aluminum.
Liners contract with the shrinking substrate so as to not create a micro climate and helps prevent side pinning.

Sorry, no I agree, that tray is done for. I'll definitely be changing a few things on my next run. Thanks for the replies.
