Sure you can. Is it cost effective to spend hundreds of thousands to save someone who may live but a short period of time even with health care? Heart transplant for someone in their 90's? How much would you spend then? Someone with a terminal illness that has months... how much would you spend?

Regardless, there are those that feel the ACA is good and there are those that feel it's bad. So you listing it as a 'good thing', is actually kind of meaningless to many.

You should research the "complete lives system"
it puts a value on your "usefulness" to society, obama was close to its author. It's what he actully wanted to use for our single payer system before he realized that would never pass

Google it, basically once you retire, minimal healthcare is all you'd receive

Except not a single Republican voted in favor of the ACA.

If your mother or best friend needed medical care and nobody in the family to pay for it, would you say the same?
The heart transplant list is designed to help those who need it most, but the 90 year old is also on the list should we get to a point where we have enough hearts to give out.
The spending amount should be made based on how to make someone dying comfortable until they die. Pain free and with family.

I am referring to social security. Everyone who knows anything know republicans want to cut that. That is what it means to say only healthcare after retirement.

How can you be against this? If you were caught in this situation you would prefer being in pain and alone?

I don't want govt to tell me to go just take a pill so I'll be comfortable until I die, I want treatment until I'm ready to go. as long as I can afford it or have insurance, it's my choice, under single payer you no longer have choice or say in the matter

Look, i don't think trump cheated in any way at all to win the election. He said it himself that the elections are rigged then won.
It's like saying "this cheat code will let you win the game", then someone puts the code in and wins.
I don't understand the confusion.

don't level that notion at me, like you expect me to give you an answer, or dignify that question at all, i mean i don't think i'm confused. i love confusion. i love not being confused. hopefully everyone can learn from it.
but i don't think that am one that would be confused about Trump doing what he did...all he is doing is...being apolitical in how he's addressing the people. and the media, i suppose, too, which are again poople.
