Dropped pressure cooker lid must have fallen onto the gauge/ Potentially busted?

Now at 0 pressure it's reading 2.5 PSI. Anyone know if there's a way to fix this or do I now need to buy a new gauge?

I can still sterilize as I can just judge by the 15psi weight where the pressure is at inside of the cooker..this is obviously less than ideal

My Presto manual says to not rely on the gauge anyway. If the rocker is rocking it's at 15 psi. If there's any pressure on it at all the thing, I forgot what it's called, will flip up. Just check these indicators.

Yeah the one I have is a Presto as well. I think you're referring to the stainless steel round thing that lifts above the lid when pressure is building.
