First time growing multiple edibles from LC

Hello! I've been growing cubes for a while now. I've also fruited some edibles from kits, with mixed results. More recently I attended a mycology convergence where I open air spawned elm oysters to newspaper pellets and Guinea pig food. I'm wondering if the principles of this grow will apply to wood pellets and rabbit food.

A couple months ago I bought LC from a guy I met on a mush cult FB group. I expanded the cultures to a 3% solution with equal parts honey and molasses to quart jars with airport lids. I had a blue oyster that grew floating colonies after about a week. This one was discarded on suspicion of mold. The others are doing well, including lions mane and shiitake 3782. The king oyster and Stropharia quickly colonized all the liquid and grew up to the surface of the LC before being put in the fridge. My plan is to use these with pasty pods and supplemented wood pellet fuel bags. It's hard to see from the pic but the I colonized liquid is perfectly translucent with no hazy indication of contamination.

I also made a few spawn jars from WBS that was soaked, simmered, dried, and PCd at 15psi for 90 minutes. I think It might have been too short a cycle. The lions mane and wine cap stalled out and the blues never recovered from a shake at 30%. I tossed them into my vermicompost bin, the worms love it!

The shiitake and king spawn are doing awesome and I just gotta figure out how I want to proceed. I'm spawning to wood pellets via Lipa Tek either with or without rabbit pellets. I don't know if I want to use one big bag or a couple small ones. I'm also a little unsure of ratios. I only have 1qt spawn each. I want to get a good harvest which is why I wanna supplement. I could g2g but with all the LC I have that seems pointless. I have wheat bran also but I figured that might be more likely to contaminate than pelletized alfalfa.

Last concern is the king spawn is getting pretty thick on top. It appears to be growing towards the polyfil and I'm wondering if I won't get Invitro primordia soon. Will this effect spawning? How efficient would it be to just top fruit?

I use newspaper pellets, yes it's the same principle. Palletized alfalfa can be used in open air grows to enrich substrates.

Thanks. Do you have any suggestions on how much I could use? I'm having a hard time deciding on my ratios. I was thinking maybe 1:5 spawn to wood pellets, then maybe a half cup of the rabbit food for each quart of spawn. Or could I use less spawn if I use more to supplement?

Spawn: If you can make your own spawn you can use as much as you want. Pet food: Oysters like up to 50% enrichment, 1:1 ratio.

A heads up on pet pellets by the way, as I did test that tek a while ago. Here is a link for the pellet tek. However several types of pelleted pet food have added probiotic bacteria, causing issues.
Oyster's are 100% capable of producing and converting nutrients and vitamins. The bacteria will consume energy and nutrients, reducing yield.
Make sure its free from added probiotics, bacteria.

Yea I have that tek already. I used Lipa's wood pellet fuel tek, added 3 cups rabbit food and a little gypsum. It turned out to be a little more substrate than I expected. I mixed in a quart of spawn this morning in a large myco bag. I guess we'll see how it turns out!
Can't wait to start nocing up some pasty pods! I got shiitake, lions mane, King trumpet, and PRs. Think I'm gunna need a Martha for all these edibles. I've heard lions mane needs high RH for healthy fruiting.
