Resemble lophophora to me yes, grafted lophs do tend to show weird/irregular growth

on what grounds? They have very clearly defined straight ribs, the rather large notches might be throwing you off I guess
almost certainly a williamsii, but as always
a flower is needed to properly identify any lophophora

don't think the bumps are quite pronounced enough for that got kikko and koike confused

Guys claiming they are texana?
I know they have no flower so I cant tell and sorry I dont fully understand what your speaking of in your earlier reply.

If you look at pictures of adult plants of the southern forms they have the more pronounced ridges between the areoles Check out pictures of L williamsii v Huizache, as they get older they look similar to the cv that he was referring to I don't think you have a cv because that's not generally something you get on accident, you generally have to pay a pretty good price to get one of those specialized plants.
