Best, simple tea teks for dried cubes?

I had never made tea until recently somehow. first time was with fresh ones, which i just cut up pretty small, then boiled them in lemon water until all the bruising was gone and they were just fleshy white. It worked great.
I tried doing a similar thing yesterday with dried ones, but it did not work out quite well, since what I felt was no where near the dose that I had prepped. I boiled them until they rehydrated and the bruising was gone, so I assumed I was fine. Apparently not enough of it got absorbed, to be fair I boiled them for only a few minutes.
What is the simplest surefire method for teas with dried ones?

You have to increase the surface area to allow better absorption of the actives. I'd suggest blending into a powder. If you don't want to ingest the powder, try a coffee filter tied off at the top, like a make-shift tea bag. At the very least, chop the shrooms into small pieces before steeping.

If I make it into a powder, how long should they boil for?

^ I agree, just mixing powdered mushroom with water is a surefire way to make a tea. Don't use boiling water though, imo. Hot water will work just as well, whereas boiling could possibly damage the actives, so it's probably best to leave the water sitting for a few minutes before you make the tea.
I usually powder my shrooms by putting them in a shot class and then repeatedly cut them up with a pair of scissors

Someone showed me a while ago the more shredded they are the quicker they digest,, IE chew them a while, orr
my method is blending them up with lemon, ginger, sugar, and water, adjust proportions to taste.
Let it ferment for a few days up too a week,, if you want. I swear fermentation aids in the absorption, digestion, of shrooms. It kicks really fast, usually by the time I finish a cup, i don't slam it however, I love sipping on shroomie fizz juice.
If your worried about wasting any just rinse the edges of your blender and drink that when your finished..
