Mushrooms fruiting before removed from glass jar

Hi,
My mushrooms have started fruiting before I removed them from glass jar See Photo below, and I am not sure what to do with them now.
I have taken one lot from it's jar and put it in a plastic box but I have no idea what I should do with them. Should I remove the mushrooms and then dunk the rest in water for 24 hours and then put them plastic box lined with perlite?
Also, does the box need to have holes in it and holes stuffed with anything?

Eat them
What substrate is this? Grain or did you use BRF/verm jars? Harvest the mushrooms, dunk it, roll it in verm, fruit it again.

If you're doing Pf tek (brown rice flour/vermiculite cakes), you want a shotgun fruiting chamber. You'll drill a bunch of 1/4 inch holes in a 2 inch by 2 inch grid on all six sides of the box. (It's called a shotgun fruiting chamber, or SGFC, because it looks like it was shot with a shotgun. ) This tek by SpitballJedi will tell you pretty much everything you need to know about building one and how they work.
If you are doing PF Tek/BRF cakes, check out this tek by EvilMushroom666; it covers cake grows from start to finish and details the whole process. For additional info, check out the Let's Grow Mushrooms series. It goes over a ton of info on bulk grows as well, but here's the first part of the PF tek section. Just like enlightenment said, after you harvest the fruits, dunk the cakes for 18-24 hours in water, roll them around in dry vermiculite, and then put them in the SGFC. Don't forget to fan and mist!

That's what happens when you leave them in the jar instead of birthing them when you should. If they are colonized and you see a pin it's time to birth dunk and roll. Also waited a little long to research our chamber huh?

Thanks to all of you for your responses. I have used vermiculite and brown flour. I will do as you suggest, harvest them, dunk them and build a fruiting chamber as per the links you have provided.
