There are a lot of relaxing/ sedating herbs out there that can be used for tea. Many are easy to grow or even weeds in certain places so do some research.
Lemon Balm Mint Chamomile Valerian root Ginger/ Turmeric Kava Licorice Cinnamon Cocoa Kratom
All worth trying out.

Not true at all. Just like everything it can be used in moderation and can actually have very mild/ medicinal effects.
The real druggies are people who can't resist taking more then a gram or so to try and catch a serious buzz... Get some willpower people

I warned him it's stronger than tea and contains opioids.
Also it's not like I suggested poppy pod/ poppy seed tea.

Everyone is different, as long as you can function on it and aren't driving around super sedated or doing other stupid shit I wouldn't say you are a fiend.
Some people eat ounces a day to keep up with hardcore opiate habits which boggles my mind as even eating 2-3g in a day can be tough for me sometimes

Guys. I just tried Turmeric tea (mixed w/ soymilk) for the first time.
You drink it and you feel like you've just done yoga or gotten out of a sauna.
At least if you use 5 heaping tbspn like I just did.

I have been putting it in my coffee and soups lately and it definitely is a great healthy herb
Get some fresh turmeric too if you can, it looks just like ginger and can be made into tea which tastes intense or added to various stuff.

I have been eating a lot of black pepper in soup with my turmeric, definitely a tasty combo and very hearty
It goes surprisingly well in coffee with a bit of cinnamon and cocoa too, makes it an even nicer boost in the morning.
I may have to make some turmeric/ pepper caps so I can just wash a few down each morning...

-Kava im looking up to order some and im not sure what to pick up. I see capsules and powders. what is your personal ingestion. Which would give me more bang for my buck?
Go with certified noble Kava. Don't go for tinctures, pre made capsules, pharmacy kava and whatnot. Get the ground roots and brew it yourself.
Check this website for all the info you need - http://kavaforums.com/forum/wiki/frequently-asked-questions/
I have found a couple very good websites to buy from, but unfortunately sourcing is not allowed on this site so I won't post them.

Cat nip, passion flower, chamomile, humulus lupulus, spearmint, etc. many of the relaxation teas and sleepy time teas are full of ideal herbs.
