They all look like Trichocereus except that last one which is grafted onto, looks more like a Myrtillocactus.

god bless you trichlover
tomorrow I will buy them all, if I were to eat some of them and keep some which one would be a wiser choice to keep for later. I really am so anxious to have my first cacti experience.

None of those really look large enough to have a significant alkaloid content yet for eating as they're all pretty small. You'd be better off buying them and hanging onto them through the upcoming growing season, so you'll have some cactus experiences growing in your yard, waiting for you.

I brought 4 1 foot tall San Pedros last fall and planned originally to eat them but I've held off to grow them and they are SO much bigger than when I got them in just the few months I've had them.

it depends.

between 100 grams and 2.5 kg fresh is needed for treshhold dosage going off of citations

Like some others have said, those would be nice cacti for growing.
But you'll very likely be disappointed if you consume them.

If you can, consider ordering a Trichocereus bridgesii

I see some Cholla sp. in your photos too.

your best bet would be to buy as many different ones as possible, let them grow nice big pups for you and eat those,
that's a propagation factory imo, no good for eating yet

Like others here have said, you'll likely be quite disappointed if you consume them at this stage...they don't have a lot of alkaloids at this early point in their lives, the mescaline content is very very low until they are several years old and they begin producing more of what you're interested in consuming.
