What's a GREAT dehydrator for bulk operations? 1

I'm a fan of buying the best product to make my life easier and efficient. I don't want the cheapest shit possible. I started looking into dehydrators on amazon and found this which is the largest dehydrator Nesco makes: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GN7O1PO?ref=emc_b_5_t
It says it's expandable to 30 trays, which sounds like A LOT. If I need to dry 1-3lbs a week, is that overkill? What would you suggest?

30 trays would do more like 10-20 lbs.. 1 is just a regular dehydrator full IME. Could easily dry 3lb a week with it
If you want top of the line, look up Excalibur
EDIT people beat me to it xD

I don't like the stacking tray designs as much.
Thanks for turning me to the excalibur brand! I didn't even know there was this type of slide-out trays. It's much better than stacking, yes?

I went with this one you suggested Greg, thanks! I read all the reviews and searched the forum for excalibur and turns out the horizontal fan helps to evenly dry the whole thing without any need to tend to it or rotate trays which is a big fucking deal. I'm stoked! Thanks!

Nesco 37A from amazon for like $30 each. Cheap enough to buy a few of them.
They can dry 3/4 of a pound each if the fruits are cut right.
