Staying Grounded

If you want to limit the electricity running through your body, it's important to stay grounded. OK maybe it takes the shit frequencies and takes them down to hell where they belong when you keep your feet on the ground. It's not just some crazy conspiracy theory, you really can stay grounded and avoid some bad wavelengths by keeping your feet literally on the ground.
Wavelength.

I don't think it's always that easy. Been out there plenty enough that nothing would ground me. But some outdoors does help maintain.

Every time I go to my river place I get a boost of energy. The power of running water, sound wise, sight wise, and otherwise is just amazing. I think it has to do with negative ions when rapids bounce off of rocks the mist is carrier of positive energy odd that negative ions would create positive energy but it is what it is.

Water is soothing for a variety of reasons. I remember dreaming a dream of being by a creek in a favorite park.

Or maybe being in a natural environment with clean air is just less stressful?

It is pretty interesting that people feel so at ease with water. We are comprised largely of water, carbon, and an electrical current.. the polarity of water gives it self-attractive properties, so in this sense it's like we love water because not only is it part of us, but that we have a literal cosmic attraction to our inanimate earthbody, which is any large open source of water.

Good points. Apparently many places of worship also have a river flowing directly underneath them. Thus, it may not have to be an open source but may be underground and still have an effect on people. Perhaps more subtle but there.

When it rains it feels like I am surrounded by millions of tiny beings... falling to their death. I try to catch them, but there are too many.

When I fall asleep I like to have a small electric fan blowing on my face.
Not sure if it's quite the same thing. But the feeling of air flowing across my skin keeps me from getting carried away by my thoughts, so it's kind of the same thing.

Actually, negative ion generators were quite the rage back in "the day". I've always loved water and its affects on me, so it's not really some "conversion". The air is better up the river, being in the canyon and by the river absolutely improves the air. It's noticeable for sure. Everybody who goes there comments on how good it makes them feel. Dogs just start running around with that smile dogs get when they are happy. I'm sure the oxygen is higher there because of all the trees.
I don't really "stress" so much anymore. Facing facts helps lower stress. Knowledge is, in fact, power. Getting a little bummed knowing the truth is a fact too, but uncertainty is FAR more stressful than certainty.
Of that I am certain.

Staying grounded has multiple meanings. Not getting "carried away" by your "wayward" thoughts, or maybe the fan blows your thoughts into the wind for others to inhale?

Well, you seem to be in a particularly good mood. I seem to remember you being a cranky landlord. And negative ions do help clean the air, so I will stop harassing you (in this thread). Your cheerful nature is overpowering my negative energy.

I'm down to one tenant. This might explain my mood on a snowy cold day, that's usually the time that a pipe breaks or some other shit.
