Hello got an id here please.  Sorry the spore print didn't come out very much, maybe the shrooms were too dry already?  The second one just stuck to the paper, no spores at all.  These were both found in Sonoma County, growning in grass, pretty close to each other (50 feet or so).  I included a picture of a nearby tree, which I think is oak but I am not 100% sure.

#1: I had a heck of a time trying to id this one, none of the photos look like it that I could find.  It looks a lot like Pluteus or Panaeolus mushrooms to me but I can't really narrow it down further.  I think that maybe I am confused by the gills, which seem attached to the stem on one or two of them and not on the others.  The spores are brown/dark brown looking.  To me this one smells very much like the mushrooms bought at the grocery store.  I guess I would say it smells like mushrooms!

#2: This one smells grassy.  It had a sticky or slimy cap.  As I said, I could not get any spore print at all.  Both looked like they were rotting or dying when I found them.  As far as I can tell it looks a lot like a young bolbitius titubans.  How would one get a spore print from such a sticky mushroom?

There are two species there, I agree on Bolbitius for the yellow ones.

The other ones might be a Naucoria sp. - or perhaps just boring Tubaria.
