Nut cancer.

So, my right nut is hurting. No "accidents" during sex like slamming them between two thighs. But the right one is aching. The best way I can describe the pain is like, you know that feeling that goes to your stomach after a kick to the nads? like 1/3 of that. bearable but still a "wtf is that" sensation.
I have heard everything from hernia (i powerlift) to ball cancer.
So who wants to take bets for when I go in for my check up?
PS there is no blood in my cum or piss if that helps you guess

Nut aches happen. Just feel around for growths that seem unusual. Wouldn't hurt to go to a doctor for reassurance.

It's from lifting. Overexerting the same muscles that control the area and surround the nerves.

You know how they say men will never now the pain of childbirth? women will never know the pain of sitting on your own nut. Fucking horrible. will dude just trying to keep a light heart about it. if i was jizzing blood id be freaking tha fuq out.
Also I did feel around and I can't feel any growths but i get that weird feeling when i isolate the nut. Also after i jack off it sometimes happens but im not like beating my balls or anything when jerking off.
I love how open we can all be here

No, i told you I have nut cancer so the shroomery could make an interesting pool about when or if my nut will come off.
Cancer runs high in my family. Something about the germans on my moms side fucking family members and cumming in them? No idea how inbreeding works, but i feel like cancer would so be a result

Do you keep your wallet in your right back pocket? I thought I had nut cancer or something before because this intense pain was shooting through it and wouldnt stop. After a day and diddnt go away I went to the hospital and the doctor ran tests, then asked about my posture and wallet position. I told him and he said to alternate my wallet or put it in a different pocket. I did and the pain went away. There is a nerve that runs from your buttock to your groin/testicles.

I was looking up vasectomies a while ago and I was really happy to find out it's super uninvasive these days. No knives, not even a little knick on the nutsack.

My right nut has been hurting for 20 years. You'll be fine. Besides, testicular cancer is typically painless.

The surgery for cancer of the balls is removing the balls. No need for vasectomy.

You should try pairing some good jerky with high quality cheese. It's basically the only good thing that ever existed. Aside from vaginas.

apologies if these are repeats.
Quote:
Epididymitis is a medical condition characterized by discomfort or pain of the epididymis, a curved structure at the back of the testicle in which sperm matures and is stored. Epididymitis is usually characterized as either acute or chronic: if acute, the onset of testicular pain is often accompanied by inflammation, redness, and warmth in the scrotum; if chronic, pain may be the only symptom. In either form, testicular pain in one or both testes can vary from mild to severe, and one or both epididymides may noticeably swell (inflame) and/ or harden (indurate). The pain is often cyclical and may last from less than an hour to several days.[1] Epididymitis is the most frequent cause of acute onset scrotal pain in adults. In contrast with men who have testicular torsion, the cremasteric reflex (elevation of the testicle in response to stroking the upper inner thigh) is not altered. If the diagnosis is not entirely clear from the patient's history and physical examination, a Doppler ultrasound scan can confirm increased flow of blood to the affected epididymis (whereas torsion is characterized by ischemia). If the inflammation spreads to the testicle, the condition may be reclassified as epididymo-orchitis or orchiepididymitis. The swelling from epididymitis may stretch along the inguinal canal and may appear similar to that of a hernia, particularly an inguinal hernia. It may be distinguished from these, however, in that with the exception of an incarcerated indirect inguinal hernia, inguinal hernias generally are not painful, and the swelling they produce often disappears upon lying down. Neither is the case with epididymitis. Also, hernias are not episodic, whereas epididymitis frequently is.
The mean age of patients who present with epididymitis is 41 years. The acute form usually develops over the course of several days, with pain and swelling frequently in only one testis, which will hang low in the scrotum.[2] There will often be a recent history of dysuria or urethral discharge.[2] Fever is also a common symptom. In the chronic version, the patient may have painful point tenderness but may or may not have an irregular epididymis upon palpation, though palpation may reveal an indurated epididymis. A scrotal ultrasound may reveal problems with the epididymis, but such an ultrasound may also show nothing unusual. The majority of patients who present with chronic epididymitis have had symptoms for over five years.[3]:p.311
Quote:
Testicular torsion occurs when the spermatic cord (from which the testicle is suspended) twists, cutting off the testicle's blood supply, a condition called ischemia. The principal symptom is rapid onset of testicular pain. The most common underlying cause is a congenital malformation known as a "bell-clapper deformity" wherein the testis is inadequately affixed to the scrotum allowing it to move freely on its axis and susceptible to induced twisting of the cord and its vessels.
Testicular torsion usually presents with sudden, severe, testicular pain (in groin and lower abdomen) and tenderness.[1] There is often associated nausea and vomiting.[1] The testis may be higher than its normal position. Mild pyrexia and redness of overlying area may be found. Some of the symptoms are similar to epididymitis though epididymitis may be characterized by discoloration and swelling of the testis, often with fever, while the cremasteric reflex is usually present. Testicular torsion, or more probably impending testicular infarction, can also produce a low-grade fever.[4] There is often an absent or decreased cremasteric reflex.[1]

I am going with hernia because you workout, but I doubt nut cancer. Have you checked yourself in the shower for lumps? I have not read the replies in this thread to see if you have answered this yet.

My friends father had testical cancer. He was pretty chill about it, apparently he felt a bump in the shower, and went to doctor and had it cut out. That was 6 years ago, still going strong.
