Are these Hyphal Knots and should I see condensation on tub walls?

Are these Hyphal knots? And my my humidity in the mono seems to hover around 88-91 depending on how much air circulation I have.
But the real question is I do not see moisture on the walls of my monotub. Is that alright? As long as my humidity is correct? I am deathly afraid of letting my substrate dry out. So any help would be appreciated. I dialed in the monotub using Franks TEK. But still unsure.

The moisture is questionable if your worried you can always add a casing layer it does look a lil dry imo the casing would fix that right up for my casings i use peat/verm 3cup/3cup-2-1/4 tsp garden lime and 250 mls hot h20 place in a ziplock freezer bag and open a pinch then microwave for 10 mons or untill reaches temps of 140-160 remove excess air zipclosed and let cool im sure ill get people saying its wrong bit i ise it all the time its the recipe i follow for pans

In my automated chamber i shoot for 96% rh with a 6% hystrisis (wich means it drops down to 90% ) then humidifiers kick on and raise lvls back to 96%

Alright I will mist and turn down the air circulation to maintain between 90-95. Ive been able to maintain more humidity by turning off one of the fans or lowering the speed.

Don't worry about measuring humidity so much. You should be able to tell if your tub has the proper humidity by looking at it. You should see condensation on the walls, but more importantly, you want beads of moisture on your sub surface for your pinset.
Definitely give a nice light misting. Mist from far away and let the water bead up on the surface of your sub. You may need to tighten up those bottom holes. Or better yet double layer of micropore tape

Thsee are hyphal knots transforming into pins. Look at the surface of my sub. Yours should look similar

Alright let me say this. I guess I am confused. Should I be misting anytime the surface of the Mycelium look dry? Or if the walls of the tub are dry? I ask because I thought Monotubs were set and forget. But it seems that without a casing layer that is not the case.
Just please clarify for me.

You should be misting when the mycelium gets dry. If the substrate is bone dry, the sides of your tub aren't going to help any by being wet... mist the sub.
The walls will condensate on their own when your substrate is properly hydated and your tub is dialed in correctly.
Monotubs can be set and forget... if they're dialed in properly. Yours obviously is not.

Once you fig out the correct ratio of polly for your envioroment and moisture tubs done right are set and forget!the casing does help a bit!
