Downtown Atlanta Mush Find -- Need Identification plz

Hi there!
My father and his friend found these at this huge movie production studio in downtown Atlanta. I told him i would try to have them identified for him. Any help is greatly appreciated!

They are likely an Agrocybe species with that tobacco brown spore print and cracked cap. For a serious id though, you really need to supply pictures of the whole mushroom. I.E. gills/stem/spore print/base. Identification based on a picture of the cap alone is not very probable in most cases.

Where are you seeing the tobacco brown spore print? I was thinking something like Pluteus petasatus but...

On this photo you can see spore deposits on several of the caps, in particular the mushroom poking half-way out of the big cluster at the bottom.

Very well could be based on what we have to go by. I'm not sure that every picture shows the same mushrooms either.
