Not mold, bruising.

Either from touching, drying, or misting too close.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know the cake itself is bruised, but there are blue dots on one of the mushroom bases that look different from what im used to. Thanks for the reply

Is that pin mold on the fruit? I'm not sure.

Nah that too is bruising. Bruised spots on the base of the stem are an indication of either verticillium or pseudomonas bacteria present. It means it needs more FAE. This had to have gotten way too dry for the sub to bruise to this degree. Keep it glistening with no pooling water by misting the substrate directly (not the walls)

So it is bacteria? Is it safe to eat other mushrooms on this cake?

Yes it's edible, I'd still dehydrate it before ingesting.

Most likely your inoculant or it hitched a ride when you inoculated. Cleanly colonized mycelium doesn't contaminate easily. Also when it's dry til the point of bruising like your cake, the network weakens. You have to keep it in nice conditions, and it can have the defense needed to stay healthy. I'd recommend working on your misting and conditions, as well as cleaning your inoculant on agar for the best results.

Good to know, I was confused as that does not look like any bruising I've seen before.
