ID Request
    #23898649 - 12/05/16 11:24 PM (7 years, 1 month ago)

Habitat:
Seattle WA growing on a mix of holly, douglas fir and alder chip. Bottom of a hill. Alot of water, but good drainage. Started fruiting in November.

Gills:
Light Brown / Brown

Stem:
2.5" - 3" Length, 1/4" diameter, white color, hollow, thick.

Cap:
2.5" - 3" Diameter on Mature , caramel pins, more of a Brown on Mature, smooth texture on top of cap when wet.

Spore print color:
Black

Bruising:
Purple, Blue, Greenish/Blue on dried specimens

Other information:
These are growing in an area, where a wizard had layed out billions of psilocybe cyanescens prints into a woodchiped area. They look somewhat deformed from most Cyans seen prior and really big. Hoping someone can ID these easily. Not familiar with these, though I have probably seen quite a few times while on my nature walk.

This first pic is without flash. Notice Brown color.

Those are some wicked ass cyans. It struck me as soon as I saw your photos that I'd seen a similar morphology before.
