Iv had similar times on other species of cacti. My golden barrels took like a week to pop.
My ambient temp here is 80+f more for the humidity done that sits three inches under a florescent light. So my germination Area is very warm/bright combined with the aforementioned good seeds has lead to very satisfactory results.

It can take longer, depending on the freshness of seeds ect. What is the temp of your germination area? What kind of light are your seeds getting? Are they buried or on top of growth medium?

Anywhere from 24hr to 3+ weeks. Is what I've experienced. Just give them light, warmth, a misting as needed, and time.

Since we're very close to the first day of winter, someone should say that warmth is helpful.
Also, if you consider where cacti naturally live, deep dormancy is a possibility.
I would really like to give a more authoritative answer, but my experience, when playing with cactus fruit, or anything that makes a prolific amount of seed, is they usually will not germinate, all at once.
I think part of the plant's survival strategy is to be prepared for every possible outcome.

Try swinging the temperatures a bit, a significant drop overnight, replicate natural swings. If they persist in being stubborn, allow the whole pot to dry out and then resoak.

It also really depends on your seed, right now the KK pachanoi that's being spread around by our friend WSS (and others) is actually nearly totally sterile I bought 1000 of them from a different vendor and got 4 sprouts out of 1000 seeds, plenty of others with similar experiences the best part is that they still aren't pachanoi :P
