Tablespoon of baking soda in a cup of warm water.
Rinse that puppy through your scalp and wash out.
Then, tablespoon of vinegar in a cup of warm/hot water and do the same.
That's it.
No more smelling like what the shampoo scientists have decided is the archetypal smell for a strong yet sensitive man or woman who fell out or a fake flower plantation.
The hair is now ultra clean and smell neutral and you've not had to buy some 'can't believe its not shampoo' crud.

How long have you been doing this? Any noticable side effects at all?
Also, hi LobsterSauce, I'm No0bsawse.

My older brother did this for two years while we were all still living at home together. My family would always joke that he smelled like an onion.

No noticeable side effects so far. Been doing it a few months.
I never used to condition my hair but the vinegar surprisingly does a serious number on my hair.
A seriously soft number.
And the hair stays cleaner for longer.
I would imagine he'd smell like onions of he used too much vinegar, and/or didn't wash it out.
A tablespoon in a cup of hot water is a good ratio, and surprisingly effective.
35c litre bottle of conditioner for a long time.
And I can assure you, an onion odour is not what I've become accustomed to.

I agree with the shampoo scientists on what smells good. Let me know when you update your tek to include all their fancy chemicals.
