Made a few transfer it's a little fluffy on top but I do think see any other spots it's getting too close to the walls was going to either make more transfers or a blender less li

when using mini glads/rounds you dont have to worry about the 'growing to the sides thing' thats for petri dishes.
that uneven growth is weird. id take 1 more transfer to be sure. can always do that and then do a LI or whatever with the rest of the plate

I would do one more transfer to another plate. >then go to your blenderless LI or jars or what have you.
That uneven growth is strange at 11 o clock...

wait i just realized I(and morty) told someone to use questionable growth in a LI... id wait for a TC to judge that plate.
otherwise OP can be like 'fuck yall two i made 50 jars with that plate and all went to shit' zero rating for us both.

I would be pretty confident in doing a LC with that growth after another transfer that shows good radial growth..
But..
Uh..
Yeah. Don't give me any albinos. I already had one asshole give me a 0 because I told him to quit telling people to not sterilize their grains.... haha

That uneven growth at 11oclock was from transfers. Does the mycelium get a little fuzzy on top sometimes

haha ok. I plan on doing a few more transfers so I have some more to make jars with but should I go ahead and make some li with it

you can zap a plate in the microwave to heat up the agar inside and swish it around. it will help with the water droplets. there are other things you can do too but i dont remember them

I would transfer that before making LI. Looks like a mold satellite sprung up right at the leading edge disrupting it. I would not use that myself.

A mold spore germinated on the plate outside of the transfer area. That is referred to as a satellite colony. Sometimes satellites are just cube mycelium if you dragged the wedge around making the transfer. But sometimes they are random mold spores that flew in from your hands or tools. Better procedure elimitates those.
Only use plates that are clean as a whistle with healthy robust growth. Wimpy growth in an area is either mold or weak shitty cube genetics. Neither belong in your grain masters or LI jars.
