I don't really think its trich. It just looks like the mycelium is thicker in that spot.
IME its a lot denser, splotchy and whiter looking. If I 100% knew there was trich growing on one of my projects it would be getting buried outside or thrown in the trash. Just keep an eye on it and wait for a more experienced member to post here.

added some more pics to the OP... wish i had a better camera lol.
the suspicious myc DOES seem whiter than the rest but i can't tell or not if it just looks that way due to the rest of the cube myc being bruised... =/

Trich kind of looks like its matted...
Your camera is either way out of focus or just really low resolution.
Well, if you see any sign of green, you know what to do.. I hope.

Yep (myc splotches), it's also bruising from being dry. Needs to be directly misted and maintain a glistening look

Yeah i'm very aware that the tub had been bruising. The question was "what's this slightly odd looking WHITE myc that's ON TOP of the bruising?".

And everyone else answered, that is just mycelium. I said 'yep' in agreement with them, and then expanded upon it with telling you about your conditions. My advice was also how to keep it happy for now
