Moving to another state?
    #23888594 - 12/02/16 07:16 PM (7 years, 1 month ago)

If I wanted to move to another state, would I be able to work there right away? With that said, could I start applying for jobs before I even ever moved to the state?

I never had any experience with this. What about my drivers licence?

You can get a job right away. I don't believe you need an established residence to apply for a job or get one for that matter, either. If you get the job and need to fill out forms but are crashing on a couch use your parent's address for the time being.

You can move and be working the next day.  Easier if you have an address though, even if it's a temporary address.

You don't need to be in-state for employment, it just makes things easier in the long run.

You must earn the trust of the natives, live and eat amongst them, learn their ways and language, cultivate a reputation by doing noble deeds.

It may be years before they trust you, but they will, and you  must be decisive when the opportunity to strike presents itself.
Show no mercy to the godless heathens, turn their weapons upon themselves and defecate over their virtue.
Commit foul deeds upon their women, enslave their children and unburden their cattle of the yoke.
