Gymnopilus Aeruginosus-luteofolius clade, maybe some kind of fomitopsis and something like Mycena haematopus.

Most of the pictures in the 3rd row with the exception of the last one on the right are probably Ganoderma applanatum. The first picture looks like it might be G. Oregonense. Seems like it's growing out of a pine log... If you wipe the top with a damp cloth, is it red and smooth/glossy? If not, it's probably also G. applanatum.
