Loud mouthed vegans. 2

I know it's a hip thing to either hate vegans, or be vegan........but man I can not fucking stand them. I even consider switching my diet to a completely none meat diet sometimes, and it's always right when I am about to attempt it, some loud mouthed vegan that reeks and has no facts to back up their opinions, just a recollection of sad eyes, starts damning me and all meat eaters.
I get it. We torture a lot of our food. It sucks. Why do vegans want that torture to be in vain? They aren't doing anything but raising the cost of food. They need to just stfu and live, I can not fucking stand it. It's like anti drug or smoking commercials.
Living a holistic life and accepting new comers with open arms, sure why not? Being a straight up food nazi and shoving your clit or dick in everyones face ranting about closed living conditions, when you grew up eating anything your little heart desires is so irritating. Some people eat out of white boxes in the dumpster because they have to, are disabled, starving etc.......and you really want to waste millions of creatures prepped for food because you don't agree with something we have been doing since we could eat?
If becoming a vegan is evolution ( I have heard them say this ) then you're going to have a hard time running from my de evolved ass when I'm jacked as fuck from steak flinging shit at you.
Goddamn emotions, causing me to have emotions. I am about to go eat some chicken.

Vandago, when I first moved up here I was roommates with two shroomerites, both were vegetarians but one of them was pretty hostile about his vegetarianism. I brought home bacon once and he was screaming at me that I couldn't put it in his fridge... (He was jobless at the time and his parents or girlfriend was paying his rent so it made it that much more )

The other guy was awesome, he didn't care if I ate meat, understood you can't force your beliefs and rhetoric down other peoples throats... The other one however, don't know how he's doing these days with acceptance towards others choices, hopefully he's improved in that area...

I was simply asking about good chicken recipes, and this chick started bitching about "The perfect recipe is to let the chicken keep it's breast"
Just an example that influenced it today.
But when I used to go to a lot of festivals, I would have these just bitter scrawny mean women or guys come around, furrowed brow, and almost start shit with you over a sandwich. Just like the nuts dumping blood on fur wearers.
The first big festival I was ever at I was waiting in line for the porta potties and some fucking nutcase was pacing up and down in front of the lines ranting about how we were all corporate whore, and killing the planet, and destroy all the animals........while he was smoking a cigarette.

I think it's an Ego thing. Doesn't matter whether they're vegan/vegetarian or not, they've got this belief that somehow they're above you because of a practice they perform, when in reality they're really shutting themselves off towards friendship and others. Though I think they're fine with that, as they're so unaccepting, you have to directly relate to their clique in order for them to accept you...

I'd say more than half of the ones who are outspoken about it to me, usually just have a passion ya know? Like when I start talking about fungus or drugs or technology or music.....anything I'm interested in.....I beam about it.......but I don't start yelling at people for not getting wasted and learning instruments.
Just seems that one nutcase is enough for me to deter ever switching to the green side.
You know who I find to be a huge positive advocate for veganism? Moby. Jesus that dude loves animals. I love all creatures too, which is why I sometimes get twisted on eating them.......but why waste them? Then I get the "Well would you eat a dog or a human?" I wouldn't......but some people do.......and to solidify why that is a stupid rebuttal they threw out, I also don't like ham.

I prefer plant based meals. I'm not a vegan, or a vegetarian... though i would like to be and may move that way some day... I need to anyway as i have problems with cholesterol.
Meat doesn't seem like it's going to be a viable food in the distant future if climate change and human population growth continue to go on as they do, unless it's grown cheaply in labs. the agriculture sector accounts for a slight majority of the global carbon emissions, and methane is more detrimental to the atmosphere than CO2
drastic changes are already being seen in the oceans and other ecosystems (everything is tied together in some form or another) and it's all because of human activity

With GMO's and cloning, and the rapid increase in climate change, I wouldn't be surprised if we ONLY eat meat in the future.
Save the oxygen, clone a fat ass cow that's all meat, smash.

I don't know why vegans think their food makes them feel great. I always feel like shit after eating vegan food. I've puked twice from it already.

Part of me thinks they're just lying to justify their cause- especially after they pick up a 10lb dumbbell and pump it like it's 60lb... (that literally happened in front of me once, was kinda lol).

that's a really confusing post. if the agricultural sector (the one that has to do with meat) is a huge portion of the global emissions, how would that translate into eating only meat in the future? cows create methane and take a lot to raise.

So if you were eating a cheese burger and some loud mouthed vegan came over and slapped it in your face and said "you cant eat that" Would you get mad?
TLDR (Might go back and read)

I think the second they made contact with anything in my hands they'd be violating my personal space, and I would consider it an assault, and as such I would defend myself by putting that person's face on the floor.
Their rights end where my physical body begins. Smacking something out of my hand, they might as well try to punch me.
That has nothing to do with veganism though...

I would like to see a vegan cuddle in bed with a big goat buck or cow. I don't eat my dog because he's good to me. Now I work a farm and it's one of three options. Either they go own their own and become fertilizer. They die by the needle and become fertilizer. Or they die an equally easy death and are much more useful as food.

I really don't care about animals so I don't feel I need to speak for them. In fact I think they taste delicious and you should be able to consume whatever you please.
The only reason I ever explain as to why I don't eat meat is when people ask me about it. If they feel I feel I am better than them, that's not my problem.

My uncles vegan, has been for 20 years. Well, he's vegetarian now, he eats eggs from his neighbours chickens. He'll sit down and eat with me whilst I'm eating meat or fish and never, not once, has ever adopted that holier than thou attitude that others do.
And it's just a righteous kick. Religious folk do it over not eating certain types of meat (but eat others) or not eating meat on certain days and then walk around like they're so much better than everyone else because they deny themself something that most of us have no qualms over.
I even remember this guy who had lots of interesting things to say, and I respect the guy, but said: "You know the reason you shouldn't eat pork is it tastes like human flesh so every time you're eating pork it's cannibalism."
Mate, I don't even have a problem with cannibalism. I've drank my own blood which didn't taste nice (I've heard of a guy who drained some of his blood to make black pudding, which is an interesting take on harvesting blood to make food), nibbled at my skin and I'm still waiting for a chance to eat placenta, not necessarily human placenta, but given the choice I would. I've eaten insects, crustaceans and molluscs, rotten fucking cheese, worms, you name it. It's not that I go out looking for weird (un)savoury shit to eat, but I have an undying curiosity to try anything edible to see if I'll like it.
It's also understanding. Why does someone go to the effort in making something a certain why, why so much trouble? Often the truth is in the tasting.
