Help! They were fuzzy spots and now they are grey kind of like plastic. Are they ok?

So my first batch of special oyster mushrooms were fuzzy and white but they look like they are turning a slightly translucent grey. There is still some white fuzz but not as much. I don't see any contamination. They smell ok. It's just the mycelium looking a bit plastic like. They are growing in sterilized rice cake bags mixed with vermiculite and a bit of gypsum. I may have accidentally gotten them too hot by getting the space heater too close. I had them on foil and the foil got a little hot. Do you think I should just leave them and see if they recover or did I totally kill them. There is still enough moisture in the bag. They were growing ok and it gets between 65 plus in the room. Do they need more heat? I really hope they are ok because I worked so dang hard and I'm not sure I can get more special oyster mushroom sent to New England this time of year. Is this just a normal thing and I am just silly.

Is it ok that I broke up the cakes in the bag before I inoculated them. I know I probably shouldn't have but I was treating them like I'd treat pplants cause yeah newb. I haven't had the space heater there since. Apparently my smart space heater is not so smart and doesn't turn off when it hits the target temperature piece of shizz.

I think they are recovering. I see lots of white fuzz again. I guess I can't really get where they are warmer than 65-70 but it's better slow than dead. Will they pin in that temperature?
