Types of oysters that grow for most of the year?

I plan on growing oysters outdoors throughout the year next year. I would like to avoid having to change species every couple months due to the shifting temperatures. Is there a type(s) of oyster mushroom that thrives in a wide range of temps?

There are I was just looking at spawn on Aloha's website, they have white and yellow Oyster available and it states a wide temp range for those, however wide temp range is 55-85. I'm sure they have a bunch more if you dig around there.

Yellows have a shorter shelf life and are extremely fragile, they tend to break apart in chunks easily. Amycel 3015 has a fairly wide range as well.

Hm, yellows look so pretty, they would probably sell better than typical oysters. But the fragility makes me hesitate. What is the temperature range for amycel 3015?

I have a unique lilac-brown PP 3015, the most aggressive and fastest oyster I own, great unique flavor.

So amycel 3015 will grow throughout that big temperature range? From the 40s to 90s?

My spent cake pushed some pins at 10°C outside. I can also colonize it at 2°C.

That's encouraging, I will mention that I plan to colonize indoors

I'd go with the 3015. I use it a lot and it fruits unless it's frozen. I also have success with it indoors at temps up to 30 plus C. I love this strain, and get consistant 1 pound harvests per 1 pound of dry sub in over 3 flushes with no watering. Try running it on pateurized grain hulls like spelt. One inch thick spent substrate spread outside produces huge fruits!
3015 on hulls...3 pound block .5 pound cluster. First flush.

I agree, IMO it is the best oyster to grow especially for a beginner. Up to 200% yield, seriously aggressive and very strong.
It's also highly adaptive to substrates.
