I Never took spore Prints but they throw Spores after they have grown out. Just make a Spore Print like You would do with Cubes :smile:

You could put an agar block on the bag, or use a sterilized wood toothpick.
Or you could cut the bag up, should be able to sprinkle it.

Great stuff. Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I'm currently experimenting with straw pellets as a substrate for Oysters. How did you get away with not pasteurizing the straw? I'm assuming the method you used would have sterilized the straw?
