Hi Guys,
I'm new to LC. This is the first time tryin to make the Liquid Culture from Hawaiian cubensis prints. I have 100ML of distilled water and one tea spoon of organic small bees honey. Stirred well and sterilized for one hr 30 mins. Left this LC in pressure cooker for 12-14 hrs once cool down injected with 1ML of spore. After one week of inoculation the LC looks something like this in the video. Please advise if im doing it right. Don't want to fuck this up, Really need advise !!
Thanks!

You can never confirm the presence of contaminants in a liquid culture by looking at it. However, because you used spores it's a safe bet that it's no good. Spores aren't collected in a sterile environment so it's nearly guaranteed you've got at least some bacteria in there. If you're going to make a liquid culture you need to germinate your spores on agar first.

Besides the spore knocking up part. Just remember honey lc suck, dont pressure cook for 90mins. Simple grain water turn into lc wins each time and is almost impossible to over cook. I use to run spore lc all the time but almost always lost more time in bacteria infection so myc are slow as shit. Its also all about goals. You can with agar make li and transfer to gallons and gallons of lc and knock up more grains then ever needed. Best bet is to plan out your grow three month's in advanced. You can start making plates of agar now within a month you can have a few good master plates with clean myc. You can triple the plate count every ten days and knock up 30 qt of grain in li form one plate. If i caught you knocking up lc with spores again ill get innoc on your ass

These spores are ordered from sporeprints.com, Usually I order the prints and make syringe out of it, usually works fine. This is the first time I made LC so wasn't sure and Agar is one thing that I cannot find here in this part of country. If available they won't sell to individual only for the college or university on bulk order. That is the reason I choose to do with honey.

First off agar if cant be found it can be replace with cornmeal plates or brf plates. Second asian food store carries the stuff cheap as a hell. Grain water is the water you soak/simmered you grains in. So instead of dumping it out, dump it in a lc jar and cook with your grains.

If you can order from a spore vendor why can't you order agar while you're at it?
If you don't want to use agar, avoid LC at all costs also.

And tump, I've never told anyone to stop giving advice, but you need to just shut the fuck up. And quit making puppets to act like you have friends.
