Now if you had a cat instead, CookieCrumbs, you could drive around without having to worry about the cat getting hurt. Cats are made of jelly

If I had one of those stickers on my car, someone would hit me on purpose.

I do have a cat but she doesn't go on long car rides. Even still when she has to go to the vet she gets put in a padded crate she can't stand up in.

But in that case I'm just worried about the cat being scared. She hates the vet enough as it is and I don't need her panicking and tearing me up every time she sees the car or the crate.

Dogs, on the other hand, tend to enjoy car rides. But you're right, they're not very limber, agile, or graceful. But before the nose smashing incident my biggest concern was having their goofy ass jump out the window

That dude came so close to jumping out of the window once. He was about 14 weeks old and it was his first car ride.  He crawled onto my lap and just leaped. Caught him with my left hand right before an awful situation.

Geeze. Good thing you had good reflexes. I'd have probably tried to catch em and only succeeded in knocking them out the window.
Though if there weren't any cars behind ya and you weren't going too fast he might have been okay. Baby animals do tend to be rather jelly-like.

Probably natures way of letting us be young and ignorant and learning without instantly committing suicide.
And letting parents be ignorant without accidentally offing their babies. I'm living proof of that. I got dropped on my head and turned out totally okay.

It's really stressful driving with a newborn in particular. If you care anyway. I did get one but the only reason I kept it is because I noticed people tailgate a lot less.

I had one because of this. I was always anxious driving around with my son in the beginning. Precious packages and all. And the fact he has to be in the back facing the back window. I thought about different ways he could get hurt and noticed the sign would help other drivers steer clear of our vehicle a bit. After a while though you get used to driving with a kiddo.

But I still always seat him behind me incase I have to use the other side of a car incase of an emergency. Like if there was something we would hit I would swerve the car to hit against the opposite side.

Reminds me of the people who put up stick figure families all lined up on the back of their SUV's and Minivans. seems like an upper middle class thing to do.

I would prefer to have this if i was into putting decals on my car:

I saw a picture online of one that was a man and a woman and two coat hangers.  I thought that was pretty funny.  I've thought of doing a whole family tree going back like 5 generations just to outdo everyone, but hate stickers.  I want my car to be unmemorable and nondescript.

I wonder if anyone with a "Baby on Board" placard actually takes it down when there is no baby in the car.

Dude I unintentionally stalk people all the time thinking about shit like that.

Only sticker I have on my car is the last parking pass I paid at college in... 2011 I think? and I stopped going in 2015.

God I am a criminal :whyyy:
