Constructing automated GH. Need help with FAE

So currently I have this green house on order: http://www.kohls.com/product/prd-2415688/ogrow-deluxe-6-shelf-walk-in-portable-greenhouse.jsp?
I plan to seal the bottom of the GH of course. Most likely will use plastic and pvc.
Also ordered a Vicks 4500 to put inside it.
I plan on growing pink and pearl oysters and I know they need good FAE. I plan on making a system with a good pond fogger and a 4" duct fan at 100CFM, which I think is plenty for pushing fresh air into my GH. What I am trying to figure out though is how I can have a constant slow air flow that I can adjust the speed of. I am thinking building a grid out of 1 inch pvc pipe. Like this: http://prntscr.com/ddgylw
For exhausting air: http://prntscr.com/ddh0uv Oh, forgot the 5 gallon bucket on the exhaust part would be filled with polyfill or something to help collect humidity. I don't want it messing up my fan!
I have an entire empty house to start growing in. If there are any humidity issues I could add another humidifier to the GH or the room its in. Maybe another pond fogger if needed.
I will be able to check on my grow daily but I do want it to be semi automated. I will have everything on timers and humidistat's.
I am going to grow pearl oysters I do believe since the conditions in my area seem perfect. If for whatever reason I cannot get the balance of temp, FAE and humidity correct I could always switch to pinks. I have control over the temp in the house so I can bring it up to 75 if needed and just bring in fresh air to the GH from another room instead. Honestly growing pinks would probably be easier but I would rather work with what temps I got if possible. Pinks will work better in the spring for me.
Anyways what do you guys think?

I was planning on getting a pond fogger from here. http://www.mainlandmart.com/foggers.html
The DK3 with 3 disks on it.
Also thought about using these: https://www.amazon.com/VenTech-VT-SPD-CTRL-Variable-Controller/dp/B00EVYGPJQ/ref=pd_sim_328_5?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00EVYGPJQ&pd_rd_r=6PK4GV0H4XTJD9QA6TPR&pd_rd_w=BBQ2g&pd_rd_wg=PF0pY&psc=1&refRID=6PK4GV0H4XTJD9QA6TPR
This way I can keep the air moving very slowly, and when I need to do a FAE I can turn everything up.
Also planned on placing a tray of vermiculite in the bottom to prevent pooling and help bring the humidity up.
Edit: Also! This is going to be my fist grow so I want to make sure this is alright before I order everything.

One this is wrong forum. Two when it comes to oyster never stack them to close. Cut slits on four sides. Silcone a Tyvek layer around the slits. The spores produced by them can fuck up the whole area if you dont filter it out air leaving the tent. If you were growing actives i just say leave the door on one side open. Replace filter every two grows
