I have been tracking this site for a few months and although I have been a fly on the wall, I'm giving back with this post. This is my first ever grow, of b+.
Pic of the SGFC this morning.

For anyone with questions on how I achieved this... I read. . A lot. . From every source I could find. . Follow the Pf tek instructions and use a combination of common sense and mindfulness and it will work for you too.

Friend, I mean no disrespect in this reply.
Firstly, it is not apparent to me that you took the time to read my initial thread and observe the picture I included. I answered all of these questions in very few words, without you needing to ask.
Second, PF Tek does not use coir, and your lack of understanding of this compels me to advise that you do some more research on the topic, which you will find readily available with a few key strokes. I learn best by video and there is a plethora of those as well.
I wish you the best of luck, and I hope you use this guidance to achieve stellar results.

Nice job! You give great advice..
I went straight for bulk, but didn't follow a specific tek. Regretting that now, but its fruiting. We all learn differently. I'm just stubborn and learn things the hard way sometimes.
Ah well, I'm starting a new project following the PF Tek this weekend.

Well, you might be surprised how much of someone's character is reflected in their posts. You might just keep it nice and humble, just sayin... Nice first post and all, but it's just a simple PF tek that even a tard can do if directions are followed properly.

Its a shame that I don't see an aweful lot of bottom watering going on with such nice pinsets!

Bottom watering just takes it that one step further Nice cakes btw!

Alright, so I did not bottom water the second flush, as promised. It was a busy week and my mind was elsewhere. Second flush produced about 7g try total, though they were much bigger fruits overall.
I plan to continue to hang out on these forums. It is a scary place out there and I love all you guys for what you do.
I did end up taking some of the mushrooms from the pictures on my initial post. I have thought about this for what I think has been a bit over a week.
Here's the story...
I had recently introduced my dad to cannabis. I provided him with some quality medicine about a year ago and it has been history since then. We get together almost every weekend and fish or watch football. Some beers... some green... good times.
My dad had heard of mushrooms from when he was much younger, but he hadn't had any real experience with them aside from this time we took them together. I had it all figured out, because he was going to do 2g bone dry for his first time, and I was going to do 3g bone dry. Easy right? Well, as it turned out he ended up having to comfort me at some point(s). I read on all the forums of the best time to pick these suckers which is right when the veil breaks. That is what I did. I got the mother loving shit kicked out of me.
I have tripped in the past... shrooms I have bought... LSD... but the level of intoxication I felt was extremely overwhelming. I was right at the point where everything was turning into vapor, and it was pulling my eyes shut only to try and draw me in. "Just let go.". Vivid RED molting to GREEN trees etched in black is what was on the agenda. I could feel it. A stake in my chest and the unmistakable melting of wax on the very back of my brain. Well, if I had been alone I would have just taken it like a champ and endured, but having my dad over and wishing it wasn't so goddamn beautiful out was a pretty burdening distraction. Thank god he was there. The man is my father and I have never had hugged him and told him I loved him as fiercely as I did on this day. Though, it is a shame that for this trip I had to be so resistant to what it wanted to show me.
Eventually I ended up curling up on a sofa on my back porch in a loving embrace. I kept telling the shrooms, "next time". It tried to get me pretty good for a minute, like it always has... "just another half a gram.", it says. I always feels like it picks on me. I love it. It seems they understood though that I was particularly resistant this day.
I guess some may wonder about this because I hadn't mentioned it yet, but my dad was fine to the point of not even mentioning. He said he felt like he was "more high than cannabis made him", and at one point his "pinky finger seemed longer than usual". Sure thing is that he was an anchor for me through this experience. Very wise man.
Next time he wants to do the 3g, as he insists he wants to experience what I did (though I mention it was borderline chaos for me at the time). I will honestly probably just do 1.5 or 2g for social trips, for the sake of my own sanity. Larger doses alone. I learned that and much more, so no complaints here.
I have to say. To the dude who called me a cock smoke... that's cool. You honestly got me with my pants down. It is something I thought about for a few minutes here and there since that post. You were right. I was being a dickhead.
Anyhow. Thanks again for the support. Hope to see you guys soon!
