Some say it does others say it doesnt. To find out i would do a naptha extraction. Look up the tek.

i've visited the location of that morning glory yesterday and the color is different than the picture. it's much purple color in person than in the picture. i think i should use a better camera and post it here again :smile:

It's 100% sure ipomoea indica. Colour of the flower changes throughout the day.

Do not risk eating it. You just can eat known LSA containing morning glories aka rivea corymbosa, ipomoea tricolor and argyreia nervosa.

This plant does not produce seeds,and reproduces by vegetative runners and shoots.

This being said,even if it did contain LSA,you wouldn't be able to acquire any seeds from it.

I used to live in the gulf Coast,and it grew everywhere,and in all those years,I never once found a seed,and I had to grow it from cuttings.
