The WL-Tek LC has also reacted in the same time scale. I probably won't use it. It was just a test from leftover nutrient enriched fluids, no cellulose.

I may have induced fruiting for my Tarragon, essentially high humidity dry shock or shrink shocking. Less misting and I added a paper towel as a breathable barrier to hold up the humidity.
Very light misting, just in the morning, then paper lid for 24 hours.

Ok I did some testing yesterday, turns out the outer water was cooling the tub by 4°C, so 20°C room was 16°C fruiting. I have relocated my Tarragon oyster to another warmer room, 24°C, with 6500k LED and frequent FAE.
Misting is more frequent without further modification, I am using pH 8.4 limestone water. The smell has changed from clean fridge, to fungal and tarragon (anise).

Testing a cardboard disc, stapled. Enriched using 50% enrichment tek. The pH is already good enough to germinate so no tea leaves.
Using a Summer oyster sample that is 12 days old.

If I get growth I have the option of using agar cubes on toothpicks. I will be able to leave the agar in place and swap pegs.

My Summer oyster fruit body's are still fresh after 14 days, and also growing out. Kept in pH 8.4 water and 2°C in a fridge, in a breathable container.

Testing "mini rich substrates in paper bags", spent black tea, using a sample of paper casing (Tarragon), and flesh sample (Summer). I am able to add sterilized toothpicks (cut to size), strips of cardboard, paper samples or even straw to transfer.
There is also the sandwich option if need, a SAB or flow hood is a "must" as mold will germinate.

Both Tarragon and Summer oyster failed on 100% tea, Cyans however did not. Here is a new setup using WL-Tek, both samples are 2.5 days old.
The Summer oyster tissue is currently 4 weeks old.

The tissue was preserved using pH 8.4 CaCO3 water. Left in a fridge at 2°C for the full duration.

While I study fruiting and a few other things, I am going to start investigating alternatives for adding sugar or starch. Cooking a substrate will produce smaller units, however I am looking more at soluble carbon sources.
My carbon, water and nutrient test was conclusive, so I may try adding CaCO3 first. The idea is to get some quick energy (small units) into a substrate.

Here I am doing 75% CaCO3 water and 25% enrichment tek, the tissue is 4 weeks old. There is no added sugar, starch or cellulose, the mycelium will re-assemble.
The first image is after assembly, the second 12 hours later.

Here is 18 hours later, with clearer images:
