Next step herbal extracts, problem being there is so many.
> Ginkgo biloba extract 6000mg. > Cinnamon extract 2000mg. > Green tea extract 9000mg. > Garlic extract 6000mg. > Ginger root 500mg.
Probiotics to make a resistant casing.
> Probiotic Daily. > Probiotic Plus. > Probiotic Max.

Here is something interesting:
When I soak grains or seeds I start with boiling hot water and microwave re-heat every hour for 2 minutes. The normal rye took only 2 hours, 1 microwave. The limed tea took 4 hours, 3 microwaves.
So I get antibacterial benefits and a longer available preparation time.

Here is an old experiment, spent tea as energy, fertilizer as nutrients. Morphing has occurred, it's now faster and very rhizomorphic.
This is due to ratio change as water is slowly lost.

Strength has slowly increased.

The dirty WBS soak is turning interesting, 4 days.

Could be trich, but not from spores.

Well it's conclusive that tea is indeed antibacterial, including yeast. It does support live mycelium, even when it's damaged.

This does however include live molds.
----
Research details also point out a reduction in sporulation and germination. As a note, the molds present in this test are yet to sporulate.

If you look closely you will see the mycelium transporting via the water, as debris. The trich seems to be the most effective using said colonization method.
It is bombarding surrounding areas with myc bombs.

Here is my spent tea as energy and fertilizer as nutrients experiment. Penetrative rhizomorphs.

I wonder if this Tarragon oyster is now potentially pathogenic.

I have a few more projects to work on after this lot.
> Create DIY spawn, aimed at oysters. > Investigate germination.
Germination will be the most complex.

Here is the microwave only tea infused wild rye after 4 days. Only one location with bacteria, aerial infection.

Slow and stalling, may need more tea.
----
Here is the spent tea bag and fertilizer test.

Soon to be used as spawn.

Another 24 hours later, the bacteria is very slow, and overnight trich has popped up. Infection due to open air assembly, both located in areas of higher O2.
The trich is strong, however there is very little sporulation.

Next test, more tea and lime.

Here is the spent tea bag and fertilizer test, very strong and fast growth. Strong enough to jump to water and colonize empty areas.

No contamination present.

Currently I am assembling some TGF-Tek, to use as spawn, the only additive used is lime. I used both lime powder and lime grit for pH balance and extra looseness.
The substrate will be dumped on top of the tea bag.
