I'm confused?!

Habitat: Where does it grow? Portland, Oregon. Apartments in rural area and a park in rural area. What does it grow on? Wood chips and some on thick mulch.
Gills: One type gills are white other type gills are grey-ish
Stem: Short white stem
Cap: Differs. Send pics
Spore print
Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

I think what you have there are Coprinellus and Psathyrella.

First is def Coprinellus sp. Second I'm not sure, spores look to light for Psathyrella.

I'm not sure what they are, I've never seen Marasmius grow cespitose like that. I've seen gregarious flushes before though. Very common to see fairy rings of single squat fatties.
