Help Requested to Improve Fruiting

Hello Everyone. I'm in need of some tips to improve the fruiting process of my PC grow.
A little background: I'm using the MM Beginners Growing Guide. Currently using the B+ strain. Only tried the full monotub once, but had mold contam, so I've been using the "dub tub"(?) method with 4 smaller tubs inside the bigger one. I've had about 5-6 harvests in standard 50L clear plastic tub. Two of them had about 31gr (dried), the others have been really small (3gr).
Colonization appears to go very well. I start fruiting conditions when I see pins (maybe a tiny fruit showing). When I start fruiting conditions, things just don't fruit. All conditions appear to be the same from all the other times.
I'm growing in a 50L tub 2 holes low on longer sides with two holes up top on the narrow sides. I use the polyfill material for the air exchange. Fruiting conditions are 12/12 light cycle. I do have a light air fan running in the room. Temps are around 70 degrees F, humidity seems to be high (water drops at top of tub).
I don't know what's the issue. I've considered humidity. Do I need perlite on the bottom of the tub if I'm not using a full monotub method? I've thought it could be air exchange, do I need more air into the chamber? I've tried that at times, but the humidity drops a lot. I haven't used a casing layer (the book suggests its not needed), but I noticed that when I switch the top of the mycelium no longer has drops of water on it.
Anyway, I'm look for help and any tips/advice from you all. I greatly appreciate any guidance. Its a lot of prep for just 3gr when it could be over 30gr.

Don't follow that book. While it's not bad it's also decades old. The forums has far superior information if you can research like a 4th grader.
Or use the link in my signature to get started.
No pictures so can't really offer any advice
None of the tubs in my signature have a casing layer. It's not necessary with cubensis.
B+ is a variety not a strain. It's pronounced B positive not b plus. You'll have hundreds of strains of b+ when the spores germinate and mate. Some strains suck some will be great so when you use spores you get very average results

Are you using grains like wild bird seed or crumbling cakes? Grains tend to be better for monotubs.
It sounds more like genetics, especially if its multispore.
If you want to get into full flushes, agar work is the next step. It seems daunting, but it is very straightforward via the Pastyplate tek. I just did my first tub with agar, and it was the first one where I got close to a full canopy and uniform growth.

Would you mind walking use through your prep procedures, and maybe post a few pics? (They can often help diagnose any problems much easier than a description can.)
One thing I can tell you for sure is that your monotubs need four bottom holes instead of two. Also, take a look at the holes: do you have rings of dryness around them? There should be 1/2" rings around the bottom, 1" rings around the top. Larger rings means too much FAE, smaller rings means too little.
How did you start this grow? For example, was it spore syringe > agar > grains > bulk? Spores > liquid culture > grains > bulk? Was it a premade kit? If not, what ingredients did you use?
Is there a reason you're doing tubs inside of tubs? That seems like an extra step. Are the smaller tubs fill to the top with substrate, or do they have holes themselves? How deep is your substrate?
