Hi everyone haven't posted on here in forever but... I have been doing a good bit of writing the last few months, trying to get my songwriting skills sharpened a bit and I was hoping you guys could give some of it a listen and tell me what you think. Been doing a lot of what I consider post rock type stuff and atmospheric ambient. I know its not amazing or anything but would greatly appreciate any feedback. There are a fair bit of tracks to choose from but the most recent ones are imo the better ones. Thanks again.

You have some very beautiful crystalline melodies & quite the relaxing atmosphere. Very conducive for calm, peaceful, tranquil moments! I love it! Glass Apostrophes & The Art of Catharsis Pt. I especially.

Smooth man, classy affair jam. But music theory is based on the build and release of tension. That is the only advice I have.

Yeah actually building up parts to crescendos is something that still feels very hit or miss for me, its a big reason I took to ambient music to be honest. Sometimes I think I'm better at creating atmospheres then actually writing more complex full songs. Its like I'm ok at creating a basic chord progression and then creating branching melodies and parts that play off of that, but I have a hard time creating more than a main idea within a given song, if that makes sense. The input is appreciated though .

I've been listening to a lot of ambient drone stuff recently. I generally like the genre so I'm not very judgmental even if the music isn't particularly original. I think it's probably kind of trendy now but I like the stuff does very little. Very minimalist. Like just a drone or a loop that doesn't really go anywhere or where the developments are so slow and gradual that you don't really notice them. I went through those tracks and the melodic guitar stuff interests me personally the least. The first track is my least favorite with that diminished 9th chord progressions or whatever that was. Sounds like a high school kid thinking he's on to something. The Hen and whatever song is also pretty bad because it sounds like maybe you're going for like a William Ackerman type thing but you don't have the chops. The more drone-ish and less traditionally melodic or harmonic you get the more appealing it becomes to me. A lot of people are making the type of ambient drone stuff I'm talking about so I'm not giving you any kind of out of the box advice just saying for me that would be the direction you would have to take for me to want to listen to it.

Try coming up with a main idea, and then leave it be and come up with another 'main idea' which has nothing to do with that one, then see if you can connect the two parts, just as an exercise.
Other ways I can think of working out that problem is simply by focussing more on what your music is saying rather than the technical elements of how it works, theoretically. So what if something goes into another key signature? As long as it works for what you're trying to express, then it works. And furthermore, when you base your writing off of what it is you're trying to say, then it's easier to come up with a flow and multiple parts because you will be telling a story.
That's all just general advice from experience though, I think your music is beautiful and I'm really enjoying The Spider and then Hen. I actually have a song called The Rooster and the Hen and it's written on guitar as well atmospherically they are not very similar though haha. The Spider and the Hen is really beautiful, man.
I do hear what you mean though, your songs tend to focus on a single idea for the duration of them, which is fine, but if that's how you like to write then really go full out with that. Play the same thing for like 6 or 8 minutes with only gradual, subtle changes.
Here's an example of that kind of writing:
all in all it sounds like you've got a great ear and a lot of inspiration and I entirely encourage you to believe in what you're doing and to continue working!
edit: I just read a brief description of your music, how it is also a philosophical expression of the tao. When learning to be one with the tao, we often enter prolonged states of single-minded focus or awareness. In order to express something less static through your music, try to look at how chaos can exist within a structure of order, the way a river can toss and turn and ungulate even though it always flows in the same direction. Basically, add a little bit of 'breaking the rules' into your virtuous expressions.

I have written like 4 different main idea parts in the last 2 days but for the life of me cannot figure out how to connect them lol it becomes quite frustrating at times, hopefully it gets better with time. But I really do appreciate the input from everyone and am flattered you would call it beautiful.
I also realize its not going to be everyone's cup of tea, the truth is I'm not really an amazing "chops" kind of guy, its why I write the way I do, to compensate for not really being that proficient. But I really am appreciative of all the input.
