I'm about to sow some trichocereus seeds... Does anyone know what kind of spacing I should give them?

I suppose it really depends on how long you plan on leaving them in the initial container. I space my loph seeds like 2cm(half an inch) apart.

They can easily handle the air, atleast here in northern europe.
I doubt you even need to acclimatize them much. (don't take my word for it tho)

My trichs last year kept on sprouting uncovered in a sunny windowsill just beeing misted once or twice daily, having the top surface pretty much get dry in between.
So you do need to be watering more often by taking off the lid.

Established seedlings like this will handle some drought though probably

That's what I'll do. Thanks

Do indoor grown cacti contain enough mescaline to get a good trip? Or do they have to grow outside under subtropical conditions?

They are active even when grown beyond the arctic circle on a windowsill.
