EQ pic log, in fruiting now

So I have a couple questions, there seems to be yellow spots coming up, not sure if it's noticeable on the picture, there are pins popping up everywhere and wondering if it could be mold or a bunch of pins about to sprout up, I'm noticing little clusters all over my tub.

The yellow appears to be metabolites, not bacteria. It's coming from the mycelium, and does so for numerous reasons. At this point I would say your grow is doing fine.

Here's a few more pics today. Got like a couple little clusters growing faster than the rest, they're everywhere just taking they're time to come up, sorry camera isn't better

Probably gonna wait like 2 or maybe even 3 days to post more, they're growing slowly but surely. Some really fat ones are starting

I can't really help but keep taking more pictures as they grow. Sorry to all for not taking pictures before on my first grow, it was so annoying to mess with but found out how to easy This is just an MS Ecuador grow with 4 quarts of rye berry spawn used. The other 3 jars I had for the tub got contaminated. I have just started with agar though and will have better isolated strains to work with in the near future. Anyway, two more pics from this morning.

So this is my second grow, my first was Golden Teacher and I yielded just over 5 ozs dry first and only flush. It contaminated after that so I tossed it. Is MS always so uneven or sporadic with the pin set?
My future grows after a 3rd Fiji and 4th purple mystic which are colonizing in jars now, will all be agar. I have more purple mystic and some P.E. on some plates now. Hopefully it'll help me achieve the results I'd like.

I spawned the tub on 11-7 and put into fruiting conditions on 11-18. Actual pins didn't show for 6 or 7 days then started popping up from 11-18
I used verm/coir as sub and mixed spawn and sub then covered with a 1/4" thick worth of coir/verm only on top.

Well they got cold shocked for a while probably. Heater kicked off during the night and dropped to 62 degrees prolly around 64 in tub. Still grew overnight just not as substantial growth

Right?! It's Ecuador. EQ seems improper. I still call them EQ's though.

By the power of TC imparted on me by our lord and savior Cronicr, I hereby denounce the abbreviation EQ and this replace it with EC.
Saying "EQ" is now a bannable offense. See Shroomery Codex Chapter 1 section 7, article 1.17 b.
